- Hold your phone steady and keep the text in focus
- Make sure both the Nutrition Facts and Ingredients are visible
- Flatten curved or wrinkled packaging if possible
- Clean your camera lens if the image appears blurry
If you're still having trouble, you can retake the photo or contact our support team. If a paid credit was used for an unsuccessful scan, it will be automatically returned to your account.
