These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the mock interview services provided by CodeWerm LLC ("CodeWerm") through the website located at [codewerm.com/interview] ("Site"). By booking or participating in any mock interview session, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site and booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Language of Service

All sessions, communication, and related content are conducted in English only. Services are not available in any other languages at this time.

3. Service Description

Mock interviews simulate real technical and behavioral job interviews. Sessions are designed to help improve interview performance through practice and feedback. These sessions are educational in nature and not affiliated with any employers or job placement services.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

Mock interview sessions are intended to provide preparation and guidance only. There is no guarantee that purchasing or completing a session will result in a job offer, interview invitation, or employment of any kind. Results depend on many external factors, including your own preparation and effort.

5. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance through the booking system on the Site. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. However, any change will not affect sessions that have already been booked and paid for.

6. Recording Policy

By booking or participating in a session, you consent to the session being audio and/or video recorded for the limited purposes of generating transcripts, reviewing service quality, and maintaining proof of services delivered. These recordings are strictly private and will never be shared with third parties.

7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• One session may be rescheduled once for free, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
• If no notice is given and you miss the session, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.
• Additional rescheduling requests beyond the one free reschedule are not guaranteed and may be declined.
• Refunds are not issued for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice).
• If I miss the session for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

8. Session Conduct

• Arrive on time and be prepared to participate.
• Ensure access to a quiet, stable environment with working internet, microphone, and (if applicable) camera.
• Maintain professionalism and respect throughout the session.
• Refrain from sharing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeWerm LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services. The total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the session.

10. Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted to the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced according to applicable laws, without reference to any specific jurisdiction.
